Tuesday Toppings.

Toppings on Pizza are as important as Pizza itself. Reach out for your favorite ones! Top it up with what’s in season and what is around you...from exotic ones found in a swanky outlet to a humble produce from your cute little kitchen garden...just go for it!!!!

That being said I’ve already got my creative Bee buzzing around.....But first and foremost..

Here’s a simple, yet an all time favorite topping, comprising of the colors of the Italian flag... tribute to the home of Pizzas!

1. Firm, ripe Tomato slices.

2. Mozzarella slices.

3. Fresh basil leaves.

Layer up and bake!

Second addition:

1. Thinly sliced Garlic cloves.

2. Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

3. Salt Pepper and Paprika to taste.

Notch up that taste...

Marinate the Garlic slices and Paprika in the EVOO...

Drizzle just before serving....
